The Military Education Institute (MEI) works closely with military and government agencies to meet their training needs in any of the division's areas of expertise — including homeland security, maritime security, occupational safetly and health, law enforcement, firefighting, emergency management, and threat reduction and response. Because MEI holds multiple award contract vehicles, we are able to efficiently provide high-quality instructional delivery, program management, curriculum development and customized training programs. MEI has consistently met 100% of our contract requirements and received superior performance evaluations since our first Navy Homeport contract was awarded in 1999.

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Contract

SeaPort-e is the Navy's multiple award contract vehicle electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas. MPSS holds a SeaPort-e contract that allows us to provide services in the areas of research and development, training support and program support.

General Services Administration (GSA) Contract

GSA establishes long-term government-wide contracts with commercial firms to provide access to supplies and services. The program provides discount resources to all GSA federal agencies worldwide, as well as state and local governments. Through our contract, we provide individual courses, training programs, and course development services. Training can be conducted at our training facilities or at the agency's site.
